Step-by-Step
- Open the Account page (look for the person/profile icon on our site).
- Click Forgot password? and enter your email.
- Check your inbox for “Reset your password” and follow the link to set a new one.
Quick tips
- No email? Check Spam/Junk/Promotions, wait 2-3 minutes, then try again.
- Make sure you’re using the same email you used when you placed your order.
- Used Apple/Google private relay? Check that inbox, too.
